• A Fairy Tale!

  I rented my room in the "fairy tale" area in Oakley Vale for 6 months. I only leaving because my circumstances changed. I felt safe and good in this lovely house! Specially because people living in house from my country (Hungary). I wish the same nice time for the next person who moving in after me! :)

  I have stayed with Rooms in Town for just under a year and would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.I have met some cool people during my occupancy and if it was'nt for emigrating to China I would have stayed indefinitely.Having spent some in shared accommodation I can assure any prospective tennants you don't have to look much further than this site to good quality and good value.

  Very nice house with lovely neighbourhood. Housekeeping once a week so conditions of living are very good. Unfortuantely I lived there only three months but I highly recommend Rooms in Town. :)

  My husband and I lived for 2 years in this beautiful house. The housemates are very nice and I'll always remember how helpful Cynthia and Rosemarie were to us all the time!! We highly recommend ROOMS IN TOWN :)

  Being several thousand miles away from my home, could not hope for a place nicer than this. Stayed for over two years, will remember for lifetime. It’s just like living with your own family. Hospitality and comfort out of this world. Nicest people to live with: very understanding and cooperative, very respecting and accommodating. And the place is the best: very very clean, modern and very well maintained. Outstanding attention to every little detail. Could not ask for anything better. Here it’s all about being part of the family, and not just another tenant. I have no hesitation in saying that I was looked after just like I would have if I was living with my own family. The only downside as I can see is, you don’t want to leave such a nice place... (Wish I could stay longer) Highly recommended

• Feel at home straight away!

  I stayed in a Rooms in Town house for 4 months when I was moved to the Isle of Man with work. I couldn't have asked for more - my room was spacious and comfortable, and the house was equipped with everything you could need and more. But best of all was the friendly, family atmosphere. If you're looking for a houseshare where you'll feel at home from day one, this is it!

  Very nice property and well managed too (clean, Cynthia responsive to queries etc). Had a nice few months there and will miss the housemates! I do recommend roomsintown and would use them again.

  Not an idle boast of a subject! Superb landlady and landlord - lived with them for more than 5 years in 2 homes, and you could not ask for nicer people who treat you like a housemate and friend rather than tenant. Have stayed at other houseshares and it just is not the same. They do not skimp on the features and facilities either: it does not matter which house you stay in (so long as it is theirs) they make sure it is somewhere they would be happy living themselves. Top choice for anyone considering moving to a houseshare.

  I stayed for 4 years in a couple of stints and enjoyed living in the spacious house and friendly atmosphere. Rooms are finished to high standard and everything is done to make you feel at home. Is by far the best houseshare I've experienced.

  Lovely house. Biggest room I have ever had at a very reasonable price! Stayed for 2 1/2 years only left becuse I changed jobs - would have stayed and commuted if I could! Highly recomended
