Our first class property portfolio also includes flats and houses for rent although our core business is luxury rooms. Rooms are available on temporary, or short-term lets, as well as mid., and longer term, rentals.
Not all properties featured on this site will be available at all times, however if you see a property you are interested in on the site then please contact the landlord direct to enquire about its availability.
Not all our landlords’ properties are showcased here. Please feel free to contact individual landlords in a particular area with your reservation requirements especially if your need is urgent. It is often worth enquiring through the Roomsintown head office to ascertain what new lets we have ‘coming soon’, or if there are any unadvertised, vacant suitable ‘home from homes’ ready immediately, not yet on line.

Executive lets
Roomsintown offer rooms finished to a higher than average standard, paying particular attention to detail and the individual needs of professional tenants.
Many rooms are in large brand new builds in convenient locations with spotless modern kitchens and every conceivable appliance, laminate floors, leather sofas and large screen TV/DVD’s. Other Roomsintown can be found in older character properties in long established and favoured central areas. Often these older houses have been lovingly restored by the owner landlord and equipped to conform to high specifications demanded by Roomsintown ethos and more importantly to exceed the expectations required by you, the tenant .
It is usual to find Roomsintown properties will have the following:
- private parking
- broadband connection
- Sky, DVD, Wide screen TV
- Well equipped kitchens with dishwashers
- High-end furnishings
- Luxury bathrooms with showers
- Full laundry facilities
- Weekly cleaner for communal areas and
- Maintained gardens.
Many also have conservatories or patios with seating in addition to a communal space for socializing, lounging and dining and additional storage space for personal items. All will conform to health and safety advisory legislation and guidelines applicable to houses with several occupants. See site page regarding conforming to safety.
Rents are usually payable monthly in advance by standing order and have the use of everything offered (except voice calls from landlines) included in the agreed room rate with no other bills to pay, please confirm with individual landlords as there may be some regional variation.
Rooms are generally individually designed and furnished, are well-decorated and whenever possible feature double beds. Most landlords supply duvets and pillows, and/or bed linen on request. Many landlords can offer some en-suite rooms.
House ‘rules’ are kept to a minimum but landlords will confirm which of these may be applicable: No pets, No smoking and No children. Some house cannot accommodate couples as full-time tenants (but occasional overnight adult guests in rooms are usually welcome).

Rates vary within a range starting from £90pw (£390 month) inclusive to upwards of £150pw in larger cities or for top of the range en-suite rooms in luxury developments.
Residents’ average ages are no easier to standardise but most landlords are reluctant to accept any tenants under 21 with many properties more likely to appeal to a considerably higher average age. Properties are equipped with young working professional people in mind rather than the traditional student let market.
